Craig Morris is the VP, Strategy and Domestic Product Management at DHL eCommerce. Craig started his career with DHL in 2006. In his first role with DHL Consulting, he worked on solving business challenges both within the DHL Group and for some of DHL’s largest customers. His core areas of focus included business strategy, product development and supply chain design. Craig is an expert in all things related to e-commerce supply chains. From order management and fulfillment, to distribution and returns, Craig has worked with retailers directly on overcoming supply chain challenges and meeting business objectives and requirements.

Maia Benson

Global Commercial Head of Shipping & Fulfillment, Shopify

Maia leads Strategy, Growth and Partnerships for Shipping at Shopify. She’s spent a decade serving the small business market defining, building and leading high-growth businesses as a General Manager for large Enterprises and VC backed start ups. Helping the next generation build commercially successful experiences is a core focus for Maia. As an alum, in 2013 she founded and taught the first Digital Marketing course at Cornell Business School. She mentors female-lead start ups in NYC.
